The Palms was the best facility we toured. It was nice, but we didn't go any further with it because of the cost. The staff was knowledgeable and very nice.

I have moved into The Palms. It stood out to me because of how friendly they were and how they were recommended by some people who had lived here; their children were very pleased with it. The apartments are very nice and clean. There's always somebody around to give you a hand if you need help. I am very pleased with it. They have bridge. The chef really outdoes himself. The veggies are always nice and fresh and not overcooked. The meat is good and the fish is wonderful. I don't have any complaints about this place at all.

The Palms was really nice, though a little overpriced, but they were all in that price range. The apartments were very nice, spacious, and I guessed that they had 47 different floor plans. The staff was very friendly and very cordial. They took me on a tour and showed me everything. They had a beauty salon, a weight room, a card room, and basically everything that everybody else did.

I thought The Palms was a little worn, but the people were very nice. The units were OK, but it seemed like only two of them would be good for us because I have a baby grand piano that I'm not going to part with. We had lunch there, but I was not impressed with the food at all. It seemed kind of basic. Their activities were typical and nothing stood out.

The Palms was nice and had a nice variety of rooms. They take you to shopping centers. The staff is very good, but I don’t like the idea that they have one time for eating.

We are happily living in The Palms. The experience is excellent. The staff is very caring and very attentive. The rooms are very light and airy, and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. There are several gardens that we can go sit and walk around in. They provide their own transporation and have three different caregiver companies that work with the facility. The food is OK. The dining area is beautiful. It looks like a four-star hotel.

The Palms was a lovely place with excellent food and had a very friendly atmosphere when you come into the lobby. The only downside is that it?s a little pricey for me. During my visit, I saw residents playing tennis, and it seemed like people were very active. They also had church services and trips, which was great. I was extremely impressed.
