I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident
The Hampshire is a nice place. My mother has been there for a couple of years now. The food is pretty good. I was there for Christmas dinner, and they had prime rib that was almost raw, but other than that, everything else is pretty decent. They do all kinds of activities there, which she does all the time. She likes it there so much. It's a very nice facility, and they seem to take care of everybody. The staff is nice and very friendly.

The Hampshire was perfect, but we can't afford it. The staff was great and friendly, and the manager who took us on our tour was wonderful and very helpful. The place was great, beautiful, and clean. They can sit at any table for meals, so they weren't assigned to a table.

I picked a studio in the Hampshire. I went to see it twice. It was very nice, and the dining room was like a restaurant with individual tables, wall-to-wall carpeting, and very good food. They had studio rooms, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms, and every time somebody leaves, the old things are replaced and the rooms are painted. It was very clean, gives you three meals, cleans your rooms every week, and has a free washer and dryer. I spoke with some of the people who live there who seemed very happy, and they said they keep them busy with activities every day. I liked the price, too.

I Visited This Community
We visited The Hampshire. It was nice, and we really liked it, but it was too independent. My mom requires a higher degree of care, and they didn’t have that available. The room was quite nice. It was like a mini-studio with a little kitchenette, bedroom area, and a little sitting area. The staff seemed exceptional. They had a very nice dining area, and the staff acted like waiters and waitresses. It's not like a normal home. It seemed like they had quite a few activities, including shopping and mall excursions.
