I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident
We're happy with Vineyard Commons. The community seems to be friendly and has lots of activities. The staff is receptive and the people there seem to be pretty with it. The apartment is very light and has good space and is clean. It's very expensive, but everything is good, and my mother is happy.

I Visited This Community
I picked Vineyard Commons, and I'm moving into it in a couple of weeks. The staff was very nice and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, told me all the ins and outs, and kept inviting me for lunch. When I said I wanted to bring my daughter with me to get her feedback on it, and they were nice to her, answered whatever questions she had, and showed her a sample room that I would be in. I was waiting for a vacancy, and they called me up after a couple of weeks and said, "We don't want you to think that we forgot about you, so come on over for lunch." They kept in touch with me, made me feel like they wanted me to be there, and did all they could to make it an enjoyable experience. My room is a studio which is right on the main corridor down the hall from the library, crafts room, and laundry, so it's all very convenient near my room. The room is big enough for the little bit of furniture I have, it's not crowded, and it's just what I need. Every Thursday, they have a trip somewhere, crafts every other day, Bible study in the evenings, sing-alongs, wine parties every Wednesday, church services on Sunday, and exercise. You can stay in your room if you want, but why when there's so much going on? It meets my price and has the activities I want to do. Laundry is free.
