I Visited This Facility

I visited The Vintage. I like that the meals are inclusive and they have transportation. The place had a nice and pleasant atmosphere. The dining area was good. I looked at the 2-bedroom apartment and it had a kitchenette and patio. It was pleasant, but seemed to be a little bit old.

The Vintage is beautiful, but it costs too much. It was clean, everybody was great, and nice. They have a refrigerator and a nice big bathroom in the room. They have a lot of nice things. The dining room was gorgeous. Everything was great, just too expensive.

The Vintage has kept in contact and has been very helpful. I feel good about that one. They have activities, crafts, and exercise.

I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident

I have a relative that lives in The Vintage. They had a luau, and we went to that. I didn’t see his room or any of the living facilities, but his family did and were very pleased with them. The Vintage was very nice. My relative was very comfortable there, and the family was very pleased with his care. Their activities were well directed. The food was good. They had dancing and a very nice lunch. It was really well done. However, the community was definitely for the very mobile residents that were of sound mind. There wasn't any assisted living at all. It was definitely retirement.

The Vintage seemed nice, but they just didn’t have the care that my dad needs. He needs more assistance. If he was more independent, it would have been fine, but he needs more care. If I were to pay for more care, it would have been way too-expensive. I would have to hire someone from the outside to come assist him every day, that would be on top of the money that they charge per month, and dad would not have made it. As far as independent-care, it seemed nice. They had the exercise-room, and a nice dining-room. The room that I was shown was very small. The people seemed really nice, helpful, and everything. The place seemed nice, and clean. It didn’t have an odor like some senior places had.

The Vintage is proud to be a Holiday Retirement community. Since 1971, Holiday Retirement has been creating superb residential communities where seniors feel a sense of home and belonging. This is what we like to call “The Holiday Touch.”

Featured Amenities

Residents of The Vintage enjoy their own personal apartment suite and three healthy meals prepared daily by a professional chef. There is a calendar full of activities, including the award-winning Seniors Serving Seniors program, which allows altruistic residents to continue to use their time for meaningful volunteer work.

For entertainment, there is a fitness room, billiards lounge and game room with Nintendo Wii®. We also offer a unique travel program that allows residents to stay at most of our 300 locations throughout the United States and Canada.

Available Services

While staying at our community, each resident has the opportunity to participate in our exclusive travel program. Through this program, seniors can visit nearly any of our over 300 retirement communities for up to seven nights at no additional charge. During the visit, residents will enjoy all the same service and amenities they enjoy at home while having the chance to meet new friends and experience new places.

We understand that each individual is unique and that needs may change over time. Holiday does not provide any health care services. However, residents are welcome to receive services from any outside home health care provider of their choice to help them continue enjoying life at our community.

At The Vintage, we work hard to make sure our residents are enjoying retirement living to its fullest.
