I Visited This Facility

I looked at the memory care unit at Paradise Village. I was very impressed with the whole facility. The staff member was very nice, very helpful, explained everything nicely to me, and was very friendly, almost like she was my next door neighbor. The dining area looked very clean and very nice. They were doing some drawing and some painting when I was there. It was a really a good place.

I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident

My dad stayed at Paradise Village. It's beautiful, and very nicely laid out. They have restaurants, a pool, and recreation. Everybody seemed very friendly and helpful. He uses the gym and does a lot of physical therapy. He's happy with the food, and the restaurant looked very nice. He's definitely getting the care he needs.

Dorothy is happy with Paradise Village. Everything is clean and smelling good. The management is very kind. Everything is perfect. We are in awe. They have everything you can imagine for activities like bingo and dancing. They also have a swimming pool inside. They have wonderful dining room and cafeteria. It is the most beautiful house that I saw. The staff is wonderful; they're very kind. For security, the door opens with the card that my friend received, and nobody else can come in. She is going to move in in the next 2 to 3 days.

I visited a friend at Paradise Village, and I think it's great. It's a very nice, reasonably priced place, and the staff is great. The rooms are fantastic and overlook the Coronado bridge into San Diego. It's not in a good location; there's just open fields, but once you're in, it's great. I went there for lunch and played bridge a couple of times.

Paradise Village has everything you could ever need. This facility does very well in the amenities department as this facility offers everything from a tennis court, indoor pool, fitness center to a theatre where plays and events can be hosted. Paradise Village truly is paradise as it offers nearly all a prospective resident could ever want or need. The staff members I spoke to where very professional and eager to assist. The staff were friendly during my visit. I had the opportunity to eat lunch, and the food was very good in my opinion and included dessert and a salad. Conveniently located near Paradise Hospital, this facility is great for assisted living seniors and seniors who enjoy beautiful scenery.

I have toured this facility many times in addition to assisting residents there. It is a top notch facility that represents excellent value for money and they have just started development on their memory care facility which is very impressive.

Paradise Village is fairly new. I love the gated security, the continuum of care and the parking. The lobby and gathering areas are huge with 2 story ceilings in some areas. The food is excellent. I love that it is only two stories and that there is a huge theatre style room to provide educational programs, plays, you name it. I also like having such things as a cafe, salon, and a bank inside. It feels like I have gone somewhere without leaving the building. Transportation is excellent. A lot of community activities and casino trips. Plenty of education and social activities. The caregivers are great and the administrators are excellent. Skilled is one of the best and it is nice having the hospitals so close by. The new structure and decor is a true winner, the feeling of first class without the huge price tag. I think the only drawback is that it is located in South Bay but that is why many can afford this style of living.
