Hollybrook Senior Living of Orange was clean. I liked that when they sat down with us to go over what we needed, they weren't immediately concerned with profit and were more concerned about getting my mom to the most fitting place. The price was relatively equivalent to other very large care facilities with a lot of resources. They had sort of a drive-through that went up right to the main entrance. The location was good but a little bit hard to find by GPS, which was strange. It's in a quiet, residential area, which was nice.

I have my mom living in Hollybrook Senior Living of Orange now. She is doing very well there. Her room is very good; it's very spacious and clean. I'm very impressed with the facilities and the workers. They have morning stretches, morning, afternoon, and evening strolls, and Bingo. My mom said the food is cooked well and that the delivery is very nice.

Hollybrook Senior Living of Orange looked very nice inside. It looked very comfortable and well cared for. It was also located in the center of Santa Ana. The residents looked very well, very clean, and very fresh. The price was reasonable, and I would definitely recommend people check it out. They have outings, and they have amenities for the seniors to live comfortably. The staff seemed to be very dedicated, well trained, and very professional. The person that assisted me was very polite, very knowledgeable, and very friendly.

Hollybrook has very young staff. It's in a bad location right near the freeway. It's kind of rundown place. I found it depressing. It's terrible. I wouldn't consider the place for my mother.

We weren't impressed with Hollybrook. The room seemed dark, not very open, narrow, and didn't smell very clean. They had an activity/dining area, and there were people playing games or cards. They had a nice little patio area.

Hollybrook Senior Living of Orange was old. When I walked down the hall, it kind of smelled like urine. They said they were just taking the trash out, but I didn't care for that at all. It was right next to the freeway, and the room that my uncle would get didn't have a view, so he'd just have a window facing a wall, which I didn't think was very nice.

The tour and price at Hollybrook were good, and the staff seemed very nice. We don’t have any complaints, but they don’t have any openings. We really liked the location.

Hollybrook Senior Living of Orange was impressive, a little more expensive, and had very helpful people who explained everything to me. The dining area was beautiful and had snacks. They had a salon, card games, and board games. They're a pretty active community. The staff was very nice, friendly, and knew all of the names of the residents.

Hollybrook was good, except that the people steal there. They stole a few of my brother’s clothes and took money that I gave him out of his wallet. When we went there, his suit and some of his clothes were missing, and we never found them.

My second choice would have been Hollybrook. We went and visited, and they were super friendly. There was assisted living and memory care, which is what we would have needed. It's bigger than other places, so they had a lot more residents and a lot more staff on duty. We couldn’t get her in because they didn’t have any room. I would have been happy to put her there because they had all kinds of activities for their people.

Hollybrook had been very helpful but didn’t like the facility, and it wasn’t what we were looking for. The rooms were small, stuffy, and smelly. It was like a nursing room, and we didn’t feel too comfortable with that environment. The staff was very cordial, helpful, and great.

I went to Hollybrook for a visit and liked it a lot. The place looked wonderful. I think I would like to be there if I was in my friend’s position. It's very clean and very busy every day. The activities were wonderful, and they regularly had people come in for entertainment. The residents seemed happy there. The rooms looked small, but they all had a bathroom and a closet. My friend owns a lot of things, so she couldn't bring everything. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly.
