I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident

We are so fortunate to have found Belmont Village Sabre Springs for Dad three plus years ago. Dad started out in Assisted Living and is now in the Neighborhood. Every one who works here is like our own family. We couldn't ask for anything more and are so thankful for the care and love they provide.

Within walking distance of parks and shops, this facility will keep the active senior very busy. The facility large, has an open floor plan and is well-maintained inside and out. From physical to social activities, this facility has an outstanding activity program that offers variety, caters to diversity, and keeps even the introverted senior appeased. The on site events offer entertainment, parties, and lots of social interaction. This facility is for independent and assisted living seniors; however, most of the seniors I saw seemed to be somewhat independent and basically require assistance due to mobility. Great facility in an upbeat area. There is something for everyone to do here.

The Belmont was our first choice for our aunt and uncle primarily because of the memory care/circle of friends program but it has far surpassed just that in the past year! From day one it exceeded all of our expectations...and our aunt and uncle were "tough customers"! From food to the level of care and caring, this is a place where you find excellence and high quality across the board...management to maintenance..on a consistent basis. Our family is very thankful for our caring Belmont family!!

Belmont Village has been consistently top-rated in our books. Here, the activities are a top priority and a good mark of that is how well they are attended, and the looks on people's faces.

If you like the heat of the summer, being in-land is my concern but if you are swimming laps in their fabulous pool and enjoying the temperature controlled buildings then you might love this community. It is very warm and friendly, with a greeter at the entrance. The food is great, the facility is not that old however, the elevators could be a bit larger. This is a huge property with different models of living from apartments to inside 1 or 2 rooms. The dining area is large as there are a lot of residence. It is a community atmosphere with a lot to offer outside the grounds as well as on the grounds. Hiking is plentiful. Definitely a place for someone who likes early morning and late evening walks. The staff is great and very helpful. The care is excellent and well trained professionals assist with exercise and rehabilitation. The residence have a lot to say about the decisions with the community. Resident councils meet monthly to discuss current issues. Entertainment is a big part of this active living style.

Belmont Sabre Springs is located in a very quiet setting but still near all the hustle and bustle of North County San Diego Inland communities of Rancho Bernardo, Scripps Ranch, Poway, and Rancho Penasquitos. Belmont is a well run, clean, and efficient community that is large enough to have lots of activities for their resident's along with the proper staffing to secure the needs for all that live there.
