I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident

Everyone on staff is very caring and supportive. Communication is sometimes lacking. The Company history and culture claims to be focused on providing a care plan and behavioral redirection that allow residents to live as fully as possible - their focus on using lower levels of medications may result in the assessment and care plan to take longer to develop, and during that time they may require you to pay for additional services such as "sitters" to keep an eye on the resident. This is very expensive and will stress family finances very quickly, wish they were more aggressive about controlling behaviors, not too concerned about what costs may increase to.

I have had clients at this property. The care has consistently been good and the staff are knowledgeable and caring. They are specifically skilled in managing clients with behavioral problems due to dementia.
