This is a small and intimate senior living building. The care staff, nursing and food service staff are lovely. The building is very clean. It is lacking in activity for more independent individuals. Our biggest disappointment is the dishonorable manner in which the rate we were quoted is not the rate we are billed. We were told that based on the diagnosis... but that we could have our mother re-evaluated.... Short story is, 90 days into her new environment, we are paying $1200/mo more than we were quoted. Management is a huge disappointment.
