A newly constructed senior living community boasting elegant, modern décor, Maplewood at Strawberry Hill is proud to provide Connecticut seniors with caring and compassionate assisted living and memory care services. Our community is located in a family-friendly neighborhood of East Norwalk right next to the ballfields of Fitch Park.

Our private apartments feature handicap-accessible bathrooms, in-suite climate controls, kitchenettes with granite countertops and 24-hour emergency call systems for added safety and security.
Seniors can take advantage of all the amenities our community has to offer from sipping an ice tea on our spacious outdoor patio to keeping fit with their personal trainer in our on-site fitness center to getting a trim in our beauty salon and barbershop. Meals are served three times daily in our formal dining room and feature locally sourced, farm-fresh ingredients.
Available Services
Our signature Vistas™ assisted living services are provided by dedicated staff members including a team of licensed nurses who are on site 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Caregivers are always available to offer a helping hand with life's daily activities such as dressing, grooming or managing medications.
For residents with early-stage memory loss, our Tides™ program provides more comprehensive care and supervision from a dedicated Tides Coordinator. Seniors facing the challenges of advanced Alzheimer's or dementia are placed in our Currents™ program, which offers a separate secure environment to best meet their unique and changing needs.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
Maplewood at Strawberry Hill is very accommodating and wonderful. My aunt has her own room that's large, private, and has a little kitchenette and a bathroom, but you have to bring your own furniture. She has all the care she needs. If anything were to happen, they have everything there, like doctors on-site. The staff all seem to love their job and know what they're doing. I couldn't ask for better staff. They're happy, upbeat, cheery, and very good. It's clean and spotless. They take them out for rides on their van, to the beach, to the maritime center, and to many places. They have exercises and are checked on every day periodically. They make sure they can't leave unless they sign out. It's a safe place. I had lunch there and was very impressed with it.

I visited this facility
Maplewood at Strawberry Hill would be good for my husband who needed more care but not for me. The place was OK, but most of the residents there needed assistance. They had concerts, book groups, people that come in to do talks, and arts and crafts.
