Offering three subsidized senior living options, Luther Ridge at Middletown accommodates eligible low-income seniors in affordable independent, assisted and congregate living residences. Congregate living is for seniors who can live independently but may need a minimal amount of support services. In addition to 24-hour CNA and front desk staffing, a registered nurse is on-site during business hours and always on call. As an Ascentria Care Alliance member, the facility takes a human-centered approach to care and in providing nonmedical services.

The pet-friendly campus of Luther Ridge at Middletown offers a full array of amenities and activities for enriched living. Its on-site art gallery features revolving exhibitions of the residents’ artwork, as well as creations by local artists. The in-house chapel holds weekly Sunday Holy Communion services, First Friday masses and weekly Lutheran spiritual services and bible study groups.
