Description of Heritage Commons

"Program provides meals, therapeutic recreation, daily living skills assistance, social supports, podiatry, and a beautician for older adults and adults with disabilities. Languages other than English spoken include Polish. Special programming includes blood pressure screening and hearing aid services. Transportation is provided for residents of Middlefield, Cromwell, Portland, Middletown, Durham, and Meriden on a fee for service basis. Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm (varies)."
