A brand-new senior living community designed to be reminiscent of a Newport Inn, Maplewood at Darien provides caring and compassionate assisted living and memory care services to Connecticut seniors. Centrally located on Boston Post Road, our community is within easy walking distance to downtown shops, banking and restaurants.
Maplewood at Darien is owned and operated by Maplewood Senior Living, Connecticut's premier provider of senior living services. With an emphasis on local ownership, each of our homes take inspiration from the surrounding area with distinct a look, feel and personality that reflects the nearby community.

Our private accommodations come in a selection of deluxe studio and one-bedroom apartment floor plans. Each residence features convenient kitchenettes, individual climate controls, handicap-accessible bathrooms and a state-of-the-art emergency call system that is monitored 24 hours a day.

I visited this facility
Maplewood was very nice, very welcoming, and I loved it, but it was not what my relatives wanted. The people there were very friendly, they showed me everything, including all the different amenities. I liked that it was small, and that it felt like a home atmosphere. It was very colorful, very cheery, and inviting. The size of the rooms were large, but they didn't have 2-bedrooms.
