Choose your home from our selection of attractive apartment floor plans. Our studio, one- and two-bedroom homes feature full baths, well-equipped kitchens and an emergency alert system for added safety and security. Your furry friends are welcome to join you at our pet-friendly community.

To stimulate the mind and body, we have computers with internet access and a state-of-the-art fitness center. You can watch television on our large-screen TV or check out a book from our library. More active residents are encouraged to contribute to the local community by taking part in our volunteer program.

Available Services

For your comfort and convenience, our cheerful staff take care of life’s many chores including weekly housekeeping, linen changing and meal service. Most utilities, excluding cable television and telephone, are included in the monthly rent at Atria Darien. Scheduled transportation to and from local destinations is also available.

Should you need some extra care and support, our professional caregivers are available 24 hours a day to offer assistance. We can offer help with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, managing medications and more.
