Highland Trail was clean and bright. The experience was very good. The staff seemed energetic and helpful. They were very good. They have an activities director and they offer several in-house activities on different days. They offer shopping transportation, and for an additional fee there is transportation to neighboring towns for cultural activities.

My father was supposed to move into Highland Trail. It was fabulous. The manager was great. The chef who came out and talked to us was marvelous, as well as the staff member that showed us around and the people that we talked to. The grounds were perfect. It was an overall pleasant experience. It had a great location. The grounds were well kept up. The layout of each of the units was exactly what my father had been looking for as far as being able to access direct areas easily, he could shuffle around, and he would have his own balcony, separate bedrooms, and a nice mini-kitchenette. The price was right and within his budget. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They do the sheets, the cleaning, and the meal preparation, but they didn't dispense the medications or anything like that. They had the option to bring in full care to the place. The food was delicious. Of all the facilities we looked at, we liked it the most.

Highland Trail was very nice. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and very easy to move in. The dining area was very nicely set up and pretty; it's a place where I would be very happy to eat. They had a very nice common area, and there were people in the waiting room getting ready, sitting, and visiting. There was a piano in there, too. They had a library and another big room where they could play games or have meetings.

Highland Trail is excellent. My mother's room is oversized, the food is excellent, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and it's in a good location. Everything is complete. She pays for her own landline phone. Other than that, everything else is included. Housekeeping comes in and laundry is free. The place is incredible. If anybody is looking, that's where I will send them.

Highland Trail was very good. The staff was very friendly. In fact, when I fell and was in rehab, they even came over and brought me some cookies and a mug. I thought they were very nice. Even my sister-in-law liked it. The place was very clean and had a kitchen open 24 hours, which I thought was very nice. They had a variety of food to pick from.

My mother is at Highland Trail. It’s a friendly, clean, and nice place. The people are incredible and very professional. It's a place that you can call home. With their security, they lock the doors at night. They have a lot of activities throughout the day, including having people come in to play music and dance and ice cream socials on Sundays. She is really pleased.

We visited Highland Trail. The staff was less friendly, more business-like, and not quite as accommodating. They have the same amenities as other places, like a big TV with lots of fairly comfortable chairs and different denominations that do some services in the chapel room. It is a nice thing that they have there. The place was very nice. There were one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms, too.

My relative seems to be pretty happy and doing well at Highland Trail, and theyre doing a good job. The facility is beautiful and very clean, like walking into the Taj Mahal. They have pretty good meals and programs inside, like cards, but I wish they'd take them out more. My relative is staying at a nice one-bedroom apartment with a bathroom with bars to help him with bathing, a living room, and a kitchenette. They offer housekeeping once a week just for towels and sheets. They have physical and occupational therapists and a goodie shop. They have the people wear Life Alert. The staff is very nice.

The staff at Highland Trail, facilities and amenities were very nice. The rooms were nice but pretty small. They had lots of activities. The day was pretty full. They had exercise, yoga, board games, and clubs. We saw the menu, but we were not there at a mealtime. The facility was very clean. It just was not what we were looking for.

Highland Trail was really nice, but the bedrooms were on the smaller side. The staff member was amazing and called us about the VA benefits that we could get. They had an exercise room and an office where you could use their computers.

Highland Trail was very nice and seemed to be relatively new. The main common areas and dining area were very large, very accommodating, very warm, and open with high ceilings. The environment was very pleasant. The facilities were very nice. All of the people we met were overwhelmingly nice. They provided three meals a day and had a list of activities for the entire month. They had chefs on staff.

My mother is in Highland Trail. It has a very homey feel and is very family oriented. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very willing to help out with anything you need them to do during the course of the day. The food is good. They have a lot of musical people come in, plus have arts and crafts, games, and puzzles.
