Centrally located in the greater Los Angeles area near shopping, parks, golf courses, senior centers, medical services and more, Whittier Place is a charming retirement community providing independent living, assisted living and memory care housing and services for seniors.
Featured Amenities
Our residences are designed to feel as homelike as possible, so all of our private studio and one-bedroom apartments are tastefully-furnished with kitchenettes and private bathrooms. Units also come with an emergency response system that is monitored around the clock by our attentive staff who are always ready and able to assist as needed.
Whittier Place isn't your ordinary senior community. We offer residents the freedom to choose how they want to spend their retirement, whether it be laid back or active, shared or private. Our full-time Activity Director keeps a regular schedule of fun activities including live performances, morning exercise classes and trips to local destinations.
Available Services
Our goal is to make retirement living as easy and convenient as possible, which is why our 24-hour staff provides a daily tidy service and weekly housekeeping, linen and laundry services. Scheduled transportation to banks, shopping and medical appointments is also offered.
For residents who require additional support, our staff is always on hand to give private, in-home assistance with basic living needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing and medication management.
We are also well-equipped to care for seniors with Alzheimer's and other memory impairments in our specially-designed memory care housing. Residents in our Generations Memory Care community receive 24-hour care and supervision from staff who receive on-going, specialized training from memory care experts.
