Atria Walnut Creek offers delicious, freshly prepared meals served restaurant style three times a day in our community dining room, where residents have multiple menu options to select from. We also have a café where refreshments are available throughout the day.

All of our independent and assisted living studio and one-bedroom apartments with full-size refrigerators, granite countertops and crown molding. Our new Life Guidance memory care neighborhood offers private studio and semiprivate (shared) apartments. All apartments also include an emergency alert system.

You'll find an active, vibrant lifestyle. A diverse social calendar encourages activity through live entertainment, regular sightseeing outings and continuing education classes. Lovely walking paths and a koi pond give you a quiet place to relax and enjoy the outdoors

Available Services

When assistance is required, the staff at Atria Walnut Creek are ready to offer a helping hand at anytime of day. Help with medication management, dressing, personal hygiene, ambulation and other activities of daily living is available, with all services tailored to meet the individual needs and preferences of each resident. Medication distribution is provided by trained technicians.

To make the lives of our residents even more worry free, scheduled transportation to local destinations is available, and all of our residences receive weekly housekeeping and linen services.
