The Cromwell Home

The Cromwell Home is located in the quiet countryside of Val Verde, CA, a suburb of Los Angeles at the foothills of the Topatopa Mountains. It has a warm and sunny year-round climate with several gentle hiking trails that wind through the mountains, giving seniors the opportunity to get fresh air and observe local wildlife. Residents at The Cromwell Home have access to the city of Santa Clarita public transit to get into Los Angeles and around town.

Residents here receive daily assistance with bathing and dressing and medication administration and monitoring. It's a small facility focusing on the needs of non-ambulatory elderly or those with limited mobility. Cromwell Home is designed to be fully handicapped-accessible to allow ease of movement for the residents. The owner is a registered nurse, with experience in creating care plans for Parkinson's, dementia and diabetes.

Home-cooked meals are served daily with dietary restrictions accommodated. On-site activities include religious services, and off-site trips are planned for those who are able. Laundry and housekeeping services are included.
