Belmont Village Thousand Oaks is centrally located, offering easy access to Los Robles Regional Medical Center and the abundant restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues along Thousand Oaks Boulevard and in Westlake Village. Our residents also enjoy visiting the Thousand Oaks Performing Arts and Civic Center, California Lutheran University, the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, and the Goebel Senior Center, a state-of-the art recreation center for older adults in Conejo Valley.
At Belmont Village, we view aging as a gift. Our award-winning senior living communities are known for safety, architectural appeal, innovative senior programs, exceptional support services, trained and skilled staff, resident satisfaction and deficiency-free living. We plan, develop and run our own communities to support high-quality life experiences for our residents.
Belmont Village Thousand Oaks offers 105 studio and one-bedroom assisted living residences and a separate, secured Alzheimer's Neighborhood with 34 private apartments. All residents enjoy Belmont Village's customary high standard of care, beautifully appointed common areas, industry-leading programs and luxurious amenities.
Our Mediterranean-style building showcases a split-level design that compliments the surrounding hillside and features unobstructed views of the Santa Monica Mountains. Our community features a variety of outdoor spaces, including a ground-level courtyard, dining patio, outdoor exercise garden and a generous covered balcony on the second floor.
At Belmont Village Thousand Oaks, the health and well-being of our residents it our top concern, which is why we require all staff members to complete at least 40 hours of specialized industry training designed to foster empathy for the elderly while covering job skills, safety, hospitality, communication, and personal and business values.
A licensed nurse is on duty 24/7 to oversee care plans, administer medications and monitor any health concerns while our Personal Assistance Liaisons (PALs) provide respectful and compassionate, one-on-one help with activities of daily living. Employees who work with Alzheimer's residents receive additional training to help them implement our signature Person-Centered Living® and Circle of Friends® programs.
