I like Atria Park of Vintage Hills. My mother's room is always kept clean. They have a library, a beauty salon, and ice cream parlor; they have pretty much everything. The staff is lovely, and the community is beautiful. My mother is well-fed and well taken care of. She likes her environment and has lots of activities every day.
Everything at Atria Park of Vintage Hills seemed great. I really liked the decor, which was obviously upper scale, with a little bit old English style. They have an ice cream parlor which is above and beyond. I love ice cream and my mom really loves ice cream too. The only downfall is that their annual increase is very high. Their annual increase is 5 to 9%, and everybody else is around 3 to 5%. The person who showed me around was very knowledgeable and very nice.
I did not care for Atria. The place itself was nice, and the apartments were nice, but the independent was a separate building from the assisted living. I didn't get a good feeling there. They seemed disorganized. The people who I talked to were not happy. The restaurant was not wonderful, and the service was not good. They didn't have as many amenities as other places. They give you a continental breakfast, a small lunch, and a dinner. There was no movie theater.
Atria Park of Vintage Hills is nice. The structure is fairly new and the assisted living residents have a bit more freedom. The memory care just seemed chaotic to me. They have a pretty nice swimming pool. I don't think they don't have enough physical activity. They do go out on tours.
Our visit to Atria was fine. The facilities looked beautiful, and the lunch we had was delicious. However, husband was not interested in that type of situation, and it was so expensive, but it were really nice. In fact, I'm attending a caregiver’s class there every week. I thought it was lovely.
I went over to Atria, and they didn’t have anything available for me. I wasn’t pleased because it was too small for me, and I felt very confined. The staff was excellent, very efficient, and tried to help as much as possible. The atmosphere was very nice, very friendly, and very good. They had an ice cream parlor open on Tuesdays and Sundays and a hair salon.
Atria Park was beautiful. It looked like a resort, and I wanted to move in. The staff was friendly and awesome. The residents I saw were leaving to go places, and a couple were in wheelchairs and seemed fine. Everybody seemed upbeat and really happy. They gave me a gift pack to give to my mom, and she loved it.
The most upscale community in the Temecula Valley, this property is for those who wish to experience luxury. It is best suited for those who enjoy a large and active community. They offer 3 areas - Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. The location is beautiful, the food is excellent, the residents seem very content, and the management staff has been in place many years.
My mother spent the last 4 years of her life here. She was very unhappy about leaving her home of 40+ years and moving, but quickly came to love living here. She felt she had the best room and that staff gave her "special" care. She enjoyed the activities and the family felt sure that she was well cared for. She referred to Sterling as "home". The appearance at the facility was important, but the caregivers were far more important. At the end, we were able to have hospice come in and she died "at home" in a familiar place at almost 99 years old.
