Paradise Villa is a medium size assisted living community located in Santa Cruz California that provides residents a place they can call home while getting the best care services they need. Our beautiful community is surrounded by beautiful manicured lawns and a great view.
Paradise Villa is a unique and homey atmosphere for our guests to enjoy in beautiful Santa Cruz. Our activity programs consists of many different activities including live music, arts and crafts, and gentle exercise. All our efforts are designed to provide a safe, secure, and happy environment for the benefit of each guest.
Featured Amenities
Residents can choose from our studio apartments and companion suites that has wall to wall carpeting, ample closets, great view of the community and bathroom with walk in showers. Residents can decorate their room to make them feel more at home and a wonderful place to live in.
Meals are served on our retro themed dining area where resident eat together and shares a good laugh. We have a courtyard with sitting areas where residents hang out while having a glass of iced tea on a hot summer day.
Available Services
Our community aims to provide a happy, safe, comfortable and secure environment to our residents. We have a daily activities like, concerts, social gathering, movie day, games and outdoor walks. This is to make sure our residents are healthy physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally. We encourage families of our residents to visit as often as possible and take part on our parties and events.
Residents get 24 hours care and supervision from our compassionate and caring staff. We wanted to make sure residents get the quality of life they deserve. We provide them assistance in medication management, bathing, grooming, dressing and mobility through the community.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
We specifically liked the layout of Paradise Villa. It was a perfect setting for our aging mother with mild cognitive impairment. We also felt like it is a great location because we can visit and go to the beach! Overall we are very happy!

I visited this facility
My tour of Paradise Villa went well. They were very nice, very sweet, continually call, very receptive ,and responsive. I liked them. It was a clean and nice place. The rooms were average but older.
