My father is in Atria Rancho Park and the care they provide is good. They're the most affordable so far, and they're very attentive to his needs. Yesterday they had an Easter hunt for the grandchildren, and they also had an activity on Valentine's Day. They always have activities for them. They have a happy hour every Thursday, and they do a neighborhood walk either around the building or inside the building depending on the weather. He's in a studio apartment and it's clean. He had an incident today and there was blood, and they immediately cleaned it up, changed his bed linen, and fixed the issue. I'm very happy with their timeliness. The place is beautiful. I brought my family here yesterday and they couldn't believe how nice it is. It's in a nice neighborhood too. They have a lot of food that he doesn't like personally, so I used to bring my own food. The staff loves him and vice versa. It's an old building but it's well-kept inside and out. It's a really nice place. It's a very old building, but it's really good, and they keep it updated with plants and landscaping. With the wheelchairs and stuff, you never see marks on the walls, because they're always repainting. It always looks fresh. They always have fresh flowers every day in the lobby, juices, tea, coffee, and fruit for the residents and their families that come to visit. Their dining area is also really nice. If I could afford it, I would love to be here. They have a daily calendar and it's never the same. They have outings to the bank, to the store, to the park, there are barbecues, and there's always something to do. They also have a laundry facility. I think overall the value is good. I talked to the other residents and the majority of them like almost everything on the menu, and there are just some things they dont like. Overall, the chef is good. I would eat there and I'm happy. When they have events they have ample parking. Like yesterday they closed off the main entryway so they could do an Easter egg hunt. There were tables and chairs, bouncers, and petting zoos, and there was still a whole bunch of ample parking all around the building.
My dad lives in Atria Rancho Park. They're just great. The kids come and help them get dressed and take them to dinner. They serve three meals a day, they have Bingo, and they do one craft a week. They have some kind of entertainment in the ballroom every two weeks -- like singers or dancers -- and they have a party for each holiday. They help him every day, they get him out of bed, clothe him, and bathe him, and he can also press a button for help with anything else he needs.
Atria Rancho Park was very nice, like a 5-star hotel. We ate there. They had a menu like a restaurant, so you just pick out what you want. It was very nice and very fancy. We liked the rooms a lot, and they're big enough for two people. The staff seemed professional, and everybody was nice and happy there.
Atria Rancho Park was excellent and had a lot of benefits, like I can have a service dog and they had a dog park. I saw a studio apartment, but the closets weren’t large. The dining area was nice and open all the time, so you can go eat any time you want. This place is like a cruise ship with the amenities and activities that they offered. They were very careful to let you know that they didn’t have arrangements for anyone with Alzheimer's or serious memory problems. They made it very clear that they were for socializing and not for long-term care. They can give you assistance for bathing and the basic stuff.
I've been here at Atria Rancho Park for about a month now and it's been a very positive experience. I like it very much. Everyone is very friendly and the staff is very helpful, respectful, and caring. The food is very good and there are a lot of activities. I am very pleased with them.
Atria Rancho Park is much a nicer community because it sits in the valley overlooking the mountain. There's not a lot of traffic off of Badillo and Cypress, so where they sit, you can't really hear a lot. There is a long hallway and an entertainment room for their clients. It seems welcoming. I had a home-cooked omelet, and the staff gave me a bottle of their homemade salsa. The rest of the food is mostly awesome. The dining room was really bright and cheery. And when you go out, the people seemed really happy. The staff took me into a resident's room. It is overlooking like a game area. Also from it, you could see the mountains, which is pretty. I really like Atria Rancho Park. It is a little bit older than the other community, yet it is very nice.
Because it is a 6 story building this place feels a little more like a hotel than other places, but it does have the advantage of being tucked away in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The staff are all nice and the food is good-sometimes great depending on if the head chef made it-and they do have some fun events for their residents.
There's something I really like about this community, even though the stars don't necessarily reflect it. I think it needs a facelift but the staff seem genuinely caring and the residents I saw were engaging. The community is located in a nice, residential area near a hospital, both of which are pluses when considering a place to live.
