Rancho Santa Fe Villa is a memory care facility licensed for up to six residents. Staff is on hand 24 hours a day to provide assistance with day-to-day needs, including providing two-person assisted transfers. Colostomy and catheter care is available. Some staff members are fluent in Farsi, providing continuity and a relaxing environment for seniors who grew up speaking the language.

Amenities at the facility include full meal service with vegetarian and kosher options, a hot tub, private baths, and a relaxing outdoor common area. There is a beautician service on-site, and the facility provides a calendar of activities to keep seniors fit and engaged.
