Regency Place is located in a residential neighborhood, 7 speed bumps away from Kaiser South and easy access to Hwy 99. Their assisted living residents can choose from studio or studio deluxe apartments and the independent villas offer one or two bedrooms with full kitchens and washer dryer hookups. The community is moderately furnished with large shared spaces.The activities program is full of planned outings, cultural events, fitness classes and educational programs. This community is an affordable option especially compared to the more expensive options in the Elk Grove area.
