Residents can choose from a variety of apartments including private and semi-private one- and two-bedrooms. Apartment homes include walk-in showers with safety features, a kitchenette and an emergency call system. Three meals are served each day in our large dining room with options from a menu created in consultation with a dietitian and prepared by our skilled chefs.
Available Services
With staff available 24 hours a day, Sierra Regency caters to both your comfort and security. Residents enjoy the fact that the basics of maintenance as well as weekly housekeeping, laundry and linen service are attended to by our staff. Additionally, utilities with the exception of a phone line are bundled into monthly rent.
Beyond our generous social activity program and fun fitness activities geared to get the blood pumping, we also offer scheduled transportation services and visits to nearby attractions, shopping, or medical appointments. Escorts are available for those who need a little extra help as well.

I visited this facility
Sierra Regency was beautiful but expensive. The staff who gave us the tour was very knowledgeable and gave the tour. They also provided lunch for is. The food was good. The room was fine. They had a swimming pool and they had sign ups to go on little trips or errands.

I visited this facility
I was put a waiting list in Sierra Regency. A couple of the people who lived here had moved over there because they got a really good special. The menus were absolutely gorgeous too. The activities they offered include a sailing trip in the Sacramento River and movies. They have a pool that is used for physical therapy. They have a massage room, an exercise room, and a washer-and-dryer in each unit. Apparently, Sierra Regency is so popular that the waiting list is crazy. The staff was very good. They called once on the waiting list, but the only one they had available was upstairs, and it was much more expensive than I could afford. Sierra Regency was an excellent place. I wished I could have gotten in. It was a very nice place. If you do recommend people, I suggest they go to Sierra Regency if they can afford it.

I visited this facility
The folks in Sierra Regency are very pleasant, and the place is very clean. I like the way it's laid out and that it has a pool and a hot tub. The grounds of the place are very nice and it's surrounded on two sides by residential areas. It's also close to a lot of things.

I visited this facility
Sierra Regency was very nice, clean, and good. It looked like everybody was happy and felt family-like. The staff members were courteous, very informative, and very good. The person who assisted me was fine.
