Offering full-service senior living and resort-style amenities, Magnolia Grand is a residential retirement community serving seniors in Riverside, Grand Terrace, Mira Loma, Glen Avon, Moreno Valley, Rubidoux and other surrounding communities in the heart of California. We are centrally located across the street from California Baptist University near shopping, parks and medical facilities.

Featured Amenities
Accommodations are available in a selection of spacious studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment floor plans. All apartments feature private bathrooms, convenient kitchenettes and basic cable. Select homes also come with their own private patio, balcony or garden views.
Our luxurious community boasts a number of premium amenities for the enjoyment of our residents. Meet up with friends for coffee in our 24-hour Bistro, challenge a neighbor to a game of billiards in our game room or watch a favorite film in our on-site movie lounge. We are also home to a library and arts and crafts room for individual pursuits.
Available Services
At Magnolia Grand, residents pay one all-inclusive monthly fee that includes rent, housekeeping, linen service, transportation, cable TV, all utilities and meals. Room service, parking and laundering of personal items are also available for an additional fee.
Three delicious and nutritious meals are served each day in our elegant, restaurant-style dining room. Professional chefs prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner right on site using fresh, wholesome ingredients. Snacks are also available throughout the day in our Bistro for a bite between meals.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My son is in Magnolia Grand and they are topnotch. The place is clean, refreshing, and perfect for his needs. They have all kinds of activities, like book clubs, reading, movies, and they'll take them to different places on a bus. They have special occasions where parties are celebrated for birthdays or Halloween. The staff is excellent.

We place a friend in Magnolia Grand. They were very nice, friendly, and easy to get into. My friend has attended some activities and she's happy with them. They provide transportation to doctors' appointments, but only within a 10-mile radius.

I visited this facility
Magnolia Grand was really very nice and clean. The people that we met there were all very friendly, the staff was very nice, and the food was really good. I liked the apartments, they looked very nice, were a nice size, and there were patios attached to every one of them. You also have a choice of a 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, or studio, and everything about the place was nice. We were very pleased that they have transportation services when going to the doctor.

Magnolia Grand was really very nice and clean. The people that we met there were all very friendly, the staff was very nice, and the food was really good. I liked the apartments, they looked very nice, were a nice size, and there were patios in every one of them. There's a choice between a 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, or studio apartment. Everything about the place was nice. And we're very pleased that they have transportation services when going to the doctor.

Magnolia Grand is located in a beautiful and very quiet neighborhood. It is an older building, but it was newly renovated. When you walk in, it's very modern, and brand new. The staff is very cordial, very helpful, very nice, understanding, and very accommodating. They always want to make sure that their residents are comfortable. As soon as you walk in, you can see right away the activities they have every day for the whole month like outings, movie nights, events, concerts, and they also go to the casino once every three months. Mom says the food is OK. It is also one of the most affordable places in the area.

I visited this facility
Magnolia Grand didn’t provide any services. You had to contract your own for cleaning and in-home support, but they had meals and housekeeping. It was a nice tour, and the people were very kind. We liked the rooms better there, but they didn’t have any kind of extended care. They showed us the dining room. Everything was very clean and very nice.

Magnolia Grand was a very nice place, and it wasn’t really that expensive. The staff never even got back with me after the tour. I called them a few times, but they never returned my calls. The room would have been perfect for my sister because it was really nice. It was a very elegant place, but they were not professional in the way they handled their clients.

We were really impressed with Magnolia Grand. The staff was really nice ,and the main person had a sense of humor and seemed to sense our needs. The other people there all seemed to be friendly and accommodating. It was very nice. They showed us a model room which was very nice and was located in a nice spot. Some of the rooms available right now are not situated as nicely as the model room, and they don't furnish them. You bring your own furniture.

I visited this facility
Magnolia Grand was nice and everybody was friendly, but it was too much money. They had a very nice dining area. They wait on you like you're in a nice restaurant. Everybody was served on a tray and brought the individual dishes. I only saw the outside of the apartment. My daughter-in-law's aunt lived there and loved it. She stayed there until she died. The only activity I observed was them having lunch. When I scheduled the tour, they said they're going to invite me to a complimentary lunch, and when I got there, the staff member said they'll make me a sack lunch to go. She wasn't too nice. It was a very clean facility.
