I visited both assisted and independent living sides of Mission Commons. It was very nice and very clean. It's a good location and had all the amenities needed. The hospital was right up the street and there were a lot of good things around the location. The staff was always professional. It was very impressive. The assisted living staff members were very attentive. It's an absolutely beautiful facility. The apartments and the dining room were a 5.
My mother-in-law has moved into Mission Commons. It is perfect. My mother-in-law goes out on daytrips, so she socializes a lot. It is good for her. They offer three meals a day and a snack. The staff is very good, watch everything, and make sure that the residents are cared for. My mother-in-law said the place is very clean. The staff members are friendly, informative, and caring.
Mission Commons was a little older but felt homey. I liked it and thought it was a nice place. They had a few units that had a stove and a kitchen. They offered different activities for different groups depending on their interests. They had shuttle vans to take residents to the market or to social activities.
We toured Mission Commons. The lawn turned us off, and my husband was not comfortable with the dining setting. However, the lunch was very good. The staff member was very nice and very informative.
