Foremost Retirement Resort was perfect. We saw a one-bedroom and it included all the facilities, so it was perfect for us as far as the cost and everything. It was very well maintained. The girl that helped us was very friendly. They were dog friendly. It's close to where my mother lives in Ontario. Everything was fine until they did a credit check. I would recommend it to anybody. It was not very big, which was great. I would've loved to live there. Because of COVID, nothing was open, but they have a restaurant there. They offer you meals if you want to pay extra, and they offer you entertainment. People come by and play the piano, sing, or play the guitar. It was very well kept.

Foremost Retirement Community was a great facility. I looked at 2 rooms for independent living. They were very nice and well-appointed. I looked at a small studio and a 1-bedroom, those were the 2 rooms available, and they came fully equipped and very functional. I wouldnt mind living there.

The grounds at Foremost Retirement Community were great. It's open and there were trees and outside receiving places, but it's not close to any kind of store. The assisted living place was in the inside of a building, and you're not allowed to go out by yourself and that was the deal breaker there. I don't want my mother to be locked in. They didn't have many activities and they didn't have enough interaction. Even the people that were there didn't talk to each other. They just sat around and watched TV. The dining area was not as nice as the others, and the activities were geared more towards assisted living. The independent senior apartments were outside and they have their own entry, place to park, and standalone little duplex buildings. This place is great for a senior apartment.

My dad likes being a resident of Foremost Retirement Community. He's happy. I like that the place is quiet and all the eateries, banks, and so on are close. All the people there like the neighbors, they're really nice, and they look out for each other. They have a calendar of activities, like fieldtrips, bingo, and so on. They offer to have the housekeeper come in and do your laundry, and they offer meals so my dad can purchase meals for the month so he doesn't have to worry about cooking. He likes the fact that he can run his air-conditioning and that he doesn't have to worry about the bill (especially since it's so hot). The staff is helpful, when my dad first moved in he didnt blinds and other little things they had going on, and they pretty much jumped on them right away. They put blinds on his window, they checked his thermostat, and sprayed for bugs. Anything we asked for they got to it.

Foremost Retirement Community was a nice, beautiful place. The apartment was kind of small but OK. The staff was great. I spoke to a lady named Myrna who was very nice, good, and informative.

I had a very good tour of Foremost Retirement Community. It's a very well-run facility. They care about their residents. They have volunteers that come in and help you. It's a very clean facility. They also have an independent area. The only amenity that I saw was the separate living facility. Some of them had nursing care where they had a bed like in a nursing home and the independent care where you can live and somebody comes and cleans your house for you. You can participate in the dining and they have various activities where they have parties for the holidays, crafts and reading, people that come and do their hair, and they have family days. It's a very nice facility.

Foremost Retirement Community was very nice and the people were pretty friendly. The prices were extremely affordable. Everything from the landscaping to the actual facility was very well kept and they were the best priced. It was one of the nicest places that we went to. I had questions about how to qualify to live there and I couldn't get really straight answers out of the staff, but she's very nice. The apartments were huge and nice, not terribly updated, but very well kept and very well maintained.

My sister-in-law didn't like Foremost Retirement Community. The front doors of the place faced each other, but I thought it was nice. It was more structured with the food, and she didn't want to eat any of their food because she wants to do her own. The workers were nice, friendly, and informative. They greeted us and took us on a tour of the facility. It's clean and well taken care of. The residents there seemed happy. The complex was more isolated as far as how easy it is to get to grocery stores and hospitals and things like that. You could move into fully assisted living there.

I visited Foremost Retirement, and it was good and nice. It was old, the rooms and bathrooms were old, but it was OK. The carpets seemed dirty, stained, and the bathrooms with the grout looked dirty. I didn't like that. The staff was very nice.

I visited Foremost Retirement. It was nice, but it's too far out as Im trying to stay in the area by my mother. There was nothing going on when I was there. I went to see the apartment, it was OK, but it was too small. The community itself was nice, but it just wasnt a good fit for me. It had well-manicured lawns, everything was kept up, and everything looked good. The staff was very nice, courteous, and very helpful.

My mom moved into Foremost Retirement. It's nice on the outside, but it's needs a little updating on the inside. It's not well-kept. She has a studio apartment. They have a Bingo hall, the restaurant was good, and the food was good as well.

Foremost Retirement Community was my least favorite. I'm 75 years old and have Parkinson's, but the people there seemed like they were more assisted living or older. I didn't know if I'd be happy there. I just felt that they were too old for me. The place wasn't really nice. It wasn't as new or as clean as other ones. The dining room and the facilities weren't as nice. The main building is where the assisted living people were, then they had cottages out that you could rent and be on your own pretty much and they had separate little bungalows, which I didn't care for at all. I wouldn't want to live in a bungalow because my whole purpose for moving into an independent or assisted living place is to have friends and people I would socialize with. The dining room and common area were not very nice. The facility was OK. I didn't spend much time there. I walked in and immediately didn't like the place. It just wasn't for me.
