“What are you going to do today?” is the question that residents face each morning in their home at Acacia Villas. Whether it is participating in the many on-site educational or social events or visiting the Fullerton morning farmer's market or the weekend event Railroad Days, our seniors find numerous activities to stay engaged and active.

Acacia Villas is managed by VIVA! Communities. Literally translated as "Long Live!", our name is an exclamation of the hope and expectation we have for each and every one of our residents to enjoy a long a full life.

We offer a selection of apartments to accommodate a variety of lifestyles. Accommodations are offered in studio, deluxe studios and one-bedroom arrangements that have the option of being private or semiprivate. Every room is wired for cable and phone, and is climate controlled. For our residents safety, an emergency call system is included.

We know that keeping physically and mentally active is important, and our full-time activity director arranges many activities, both on site and in the city. Our landscaped patios and courtyards provide a place where seniors can just relax, enjoy the weather and socialize. Residents enjoy the freedom from having to cook with daily meals served restaurant-style. For special events of visiting guests, we offer the use of our private dining room.

Available Services

To make life easier, we provide both salon and barber services right on site. Our library is a good place to pick up a new book, and chapel services are held regularly. Residents don't have to worry about laundry or housekeeping, because we take care of those responsibilities

We provide assistance with many daily activities, such as assistance with grooming and bathing. Our seniors well-being is important to us, which is why we oversee medication management and provide diabetes care as requested. Transportation is also provided to medical appointments, in addition to other activities.
