Description of Alder Bay Assisted Living
Alder Bay Assisted Living is a community that not only provides excellent independent living and assisted living accommodations and services, but also enables residents to enjoy their own interests, build friendships and develop new talents. Residents of our community are encouraged to be as active or relaxed as they want while enjoying the various amenities located right on site.
Alder Bay Assisted Living is managed by Ridgeline Management Company, a senior living provider that emphasizes providing joy, independence and wellness to every senior residing in our communities.
Featured Amenities
Accommodations at our community come in a variety of spacious layouts, ranging from studio and one-bedroom arrangements for assisted living to larger two-bedroom and two-bathroom units with garages. Assisted living apartments come outfitted with kitchenettes, while our independent living accommodations have full kitchens. All units feature private baths, individually controlled thermostats and emergency call systems.
When not enjoying the comfort of their own accommodations, residents are often found socializing in our intimate common spaces and our living room with fire-side seating. Our library is another spot where residents can relax while enjoying a quiet conversation with friends or a good book. Meals are enjoyed three times daily in our community dining room, where each dish is served fresh and enjoyed in a restaurant-style setting.
Available Services
When assistance is needed with dressing, medication management, personal hygiene, ambulation or a variety of other daily tasks, talented and compassionate staff members are ready 24 hours a day to lend a helping hand. All residences are provided with regular housekeeping services.
During their stay at Alder Bay Assisted Living, seniors at our community have the opportunity to take part in a variety of specialized programs. These can include our Balance Fitness® program for residents that are a bit unsure on their feet or wish to strengthen their core for better balance and the Memories in the Making® program for seniors who want to express themselves through the medium of art.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
Alder Bay Assisted Living looks really nice, and everybody is so friendly. Dad's room was spacious and clean. I've seen the menu, there's a good variety, and it seems to be good. I haven't heard any negatives about it. I know they have ice cream socials every Sunday. They do movie nights and some workout routines on weekdays. They have a small library and a family TV room. They also have a separate gathering room with couches as well as a balcony. They have a couple of exercise rooms, too.

I visited this facility
Alder Bay Assisted Living had a variety of units available in terms of space and views, and some of them were generous in size. They had a lot of activities going on, like musical performances, and a lot of interesting activities scheduled weekly, like donut and ice cream afternoons. They had a library. I was very interested in the place.
