Description of Willow Creek Alzheimers & Dementia Care Center
At The Creeks, we provide memory care for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and various forms of dementia. We emphasize respect for our residents and accept who they are today, as they continue their life journey. We create an atmosphere of caring and compassion for our residents through every stage of their memory loss.
Each day brings the opportunity to have meaningful interaction with other residents, trained staff members, family, and friends. Our residents participate in varied activity programs that offer them satisfaction, enjoyment, and a personal sense of worth, including bird watching and gardening.
Living in the Moment†is not just a philosophy; it's a way of life here at The Creeks. We offer a variety of activities throughout the day that allow our residents to feel a sense of purpose and value. Our daily activities focus on keeping the mind, body, and spirit active and engaged. At The Creeks, we assist our residents in finding fulfillment and success. Our interactive program allows staff the opportunity to engage socially with our residents and to praise their accomplishments.
