I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My friend was at Winding Commons and it was clean, well appointed, and the staff seemed very nice. She moved in during quarantine so I would just go to her apartment, in and out, and her apartment was very nice. It was the size of two apartments, like they took down its center wall, with two sliding glass doors so there was a lot of light, two bedrooms, a decent size, and they seemed very clean. They had a beauty salon, exercise room, a movie or activity room, and laundry. I think she was quite satisfied, and I know she wanted to stay there for a while.

I visited this facility
Winding Commons was very attractive, the meal was very nice, and the people were very nice. The apartment was slightly smaller, and slightly more expensive than the other place I saw. They're very close to a grocery store, so you can walk. They get three meals included and they allow pets, so that's good. It certainly would have been my second choice. They have entertainment for the residents, an on-site beauty parlor, and certified massage therapists, which I love. They take you to doctors appointments, dental appointments, and grocery shopping.

I visited this facility
Winding Commons was our favorite spot of all eight communities we saw. It was clean, and the people were busy and courteous. We liked the marketing person. The food was very good. I have food sensitivities, and they were accommodating. The two-bedroom, two-bath was about the right size.
