Evergreen Retirement Residence is a community that offers assisted living services to meet the individual needs of our residents. Located in Burbank, California, our community is an oasis within the city. We understand that each resident is unique, which is why we feature a personalized care program.
Evergreen Retirement Residence takes a personal approach to assisted living. Our care plan is developed to coordinate a range of services to support each resident's independence, self-direction and participation in decision-making.

Our community wants you and our residents' stay with us to be comfortable, safe, and secure. We have studio and one-bedroom apartments equipped with an emergency call system. Our suites feature individual heating and air conditioning, private closets and a bathroom with walk in shower.

Residents can enjoy sitting and chatting with their friends at our beautiful garden or relax and socialize in our living room.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My mom's room in Evergreen Retirement Residence is adequate, but a little bit dated. The activities seem to be pretty good and there's always somebody interacting with the residents with a game. The staff is great, very friendly, and very engaging. The dining hall and game room looked pretty good.
