Golf View Home offers assisted living and hospice care to residents who occupy its six rooms. Staff are trained to manage disturbed behavior, including hostile and exit-seeking actions by seniors with dementia. The staff can assist with two-person lifting and medication management for seniors with a medical care plan. The facility has 24-hour supervision and chaperon service to and from medical appointments on an ADA-accessible vehicle.

Residents at Golf View Home can choose from private or semi-private rooms and are free to enjoy the enclosed backyard patio during daylight hours. Meals are provided in the shared dining room. Residents have a handicapped-accessible, private bathroom. An on-site nurse can assist residents with diabetes management, while staff discreetly assist with continence and catheter care.
