The Waterford at Columbia was very nice, really warm, and inviting. They had what looked like lots of activities, and there were a lot of people out when I toured. The rooms were not very new.

I've decided on The Waterford at Columbia. I liked it. On Mondays, there's a bus that goes to Walmart, on Wednesday it goes to the grocery store ,and they'd take you to every little nook and cranny of the place. The residents were very friendly, and they'd say "Hello" if you see them on the hallway...

I liked the people at Waterford. The staff was very knowledgeable and the residents that I spoke to were very nice. I saw their studio and 1-bedroom apartments, they're larger but a little pricey. It's nice, clean, and also has a balcony. This community just re-opened, so everything is fresh and new...

Forest Pines is independent living and brand new. They're in the process of renovating it into very nice, large living quarters. There's very good food. I have a one-bedroom with a large bathroom, a small kitchen, and a living area. It's about 500 square feet in total...
