The halls are too long, difficult to find the way around for seniors. The sales department employees are very "pushy", calling you to make their quota. Building is very old compared to the new light and bright communities. I would not put my loved one there.

Heritage Springs was a very pleasant place. They showed me where they hold the music, entertainment, and activities that are very soothing for their residents. The facility itself was very clean and fresh. They allowed a seven-day visit, which I find very important...

Heritage Springs was good. It was smaller, didn't have any availability, and a lot of the people were also lower-skilled. It was nice, and it was alright. It was very low-skilled so most of their patients were obviously more progressed in their disease. It was nice but it just has small quarters.

My relative was in Heritage Springs for two months. It was kept up well, and the grounds were clean and neat. The food was good, but we definitely experienced some issues with service and medication. I know there was theft going on in the facility...
