My sister was here for skilled nursing/rehab recently. She got great care and therapy. They have new owners and all new staff. They were so kind to her and made sure all her needs were met. The home is being remodeled and is clean and safe. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Weekends, 3 staff on duty for large facility, against the law. At least 2/3 residents severely affected with dementia than higher functioning.No activities at all. They put out a activity calendar that is totally false. Tatered, torn table cloths and napkins. Director will not follow thru or return calls...

We toured Brookdale Tulsa Midtown for my grandmom. It was nice and probably one of the older ones that we looked at, but it was in good condition. The staff was very helpful. The dining area was fine.
