Our loved one was there for 5 years. We put him there when it was Southwinds and that was fine. Once Promenade took over it all went down hill. They kept moving around, and lied saying he would go back to his old room. They put him on the second floor which made it even harder for him to get around...

Braemar Living at Wallkill is beautiful and brand new. However, the person who took us around made it very clear that if you're in the most advanced unit, you must be able to use stairs in case of a fire, but if you're not, then you're not allowed to live there, which I thought was a little crazy...
