Be careful before signing the lease. The management has you sign an addendum about medical care. If it is so important, put it in the lease. They conveniently left it out of the docs they copied for me, so I was operating without all the pertinent documents for six months...

Oak Park Arms was very nice, and they took care of my father's needs for the entire weekend. Everything is good and met all of his needs. It was clean, and my dad likes baseball, so he was able to watch that there. His room was great, nice, and clean.
