Willow Wood is an attractive community and the staff is warm, caring and capable. I would classify it as a "better than average" community. The heart and sole of a senior community lies in the staff and Willow Wood has a good staff.

My mother has lived there for over a year. The staff is acceptable ad the place is very clean. The med staff and processes are less than par. Many have attitudes. The independent apartment was very nice. We moved because we could no longer cover the costs and it was not a 'fit' culturally for my mom (she is Spanish).
