Don't move in you will regret it! Awful place to live! Noisy, dirty, construction noise constantly, elevators breaking, staff that does not care. The happy hour at The Phoenix at Delray was wonderful. There were lots of activities going on. We ate after the happy hour, and food was good. The staff was wonderful.
