Villa Serena was really nice. They had so much wonderful shade and room outside. The rooms were really nice and clean, and the dining room was pretty. The apartments lead right onto the patio. The staff was really nice and really friendly. It was a really nice and homey place to be.

We liked Villa Serena because it’s more apartment-like and less hotel-like. The staff is caring and stepped-up to help my dad. They make sure he gets to his doctors’ appointments; they couldn’t be better. My dad said he loves the food.

I like Villa Serena, but the food is terrible. The activities and amenities are fine. The rooms are the largest I have ever been in a senior complex. People just don't like the food.
