Hollybrook had been very helpful but didn’t like the facility, and it wasn’t what we were looking for. The rooms were small, stuffy, and smelly. It was like a nursing room, and we didn’t feel too comfortable with that environment. The staff was very cordial, helpful, and great.

My second choice would have been Hollybrook. We went and visited, and they were super friendly. There was assisted living and memory care, which is what we would have needed. It's bigger than other places, so they had a lot more residents and a lot more staff on duty...

Hollybrook was good, except that the people steal there. They stole a few of my brother’s clothes and took money that I gave him out of his wallet. When we went there, his suit and some of his clothes were missing, and we never found them.
