This is a nice, big, beautiful community. The thing I appreciate the most is that there are ALL levels of care here, even including skilled nursing. Very few assisted livings have this extra amenity. It's great for the residents who need the extra medical attention to be able to stay "home."

Atria Rancho Park is much a nicer community because it sits in the valley overlooking the mountain. There's not a lot of traffic off of Badillo and Cypress, so where they sit, you can't really hear a lot. There is a long hallway and an entertainment room for their clients. It seems welcoming...
