Gordon Oaks Convalescent Center was dreary. It's probably my least favorite. The rooms were OK, but smaller. There seemed to be an awful lot of people there. It reminded me of a storage center for old people. There didn't seem to be a lot of caring going on. There didn't seem to be a lot of staff either...

The people in Elmcroft of Heritage were very friendly and helpful. It seems to be nice and clean, and they also serve meals. They showed us a suite for one person and a memory care unit for two people.

University Oaks

I really loved University Oaks. I really liked the staff and they seemed really kind. They were willing to work with me. The rooms are nice-sized, perfect, and you won't be cramped. Some of the rooms have a balcony. I liked that they have a hair salon right there, a big community room, and an exercise room.
