We are centrally located near local amenities and attractions including Udall Park, St. Joseph's Hospital, the Ott Family YMCA and both Elcon Mall and Park Place Mall.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My mother-in-law moved in to the independent living level of Broadway Proper. The rooms were good, her room is a 1-bedroom and 2-bath, and it's quaint and clean. The people there were great. They do happy hour every Wednesday, and there's a person that runs the gym who came up and talked to her about all the different things they have to offer. The food is great and the service in the dining area is wonderful. They have good portions and the food is healthy.

I visited this facility
My visit at Broadway Proper was excellent. They treated me very nicely and showed me all around. Everything was clear, clean, and the place was nice. We just decided to go to another community because the rooms here don't have patios on them. They have a little café in the lobby, they have transportation available, and offer most of the things that other places also have. They showed us a 2-bedroom apartment and everything about it was fine, we just wanted a patio off of the room. The person who gave us the tour was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

My mom has been at Broadway Proper for two years now, and she likes it there very much. They have a swimming pool, game room, library, and art classes. They come in, do a wellness check, and clean, and she has a couple of meals a day. They have a van that takes them to doctors' appointments.

I visited this facility
My impression of Broadway Proper was very good, the representative in charge was very knowledgeable. They had a lot of construction going on when we first went there, but the food was very good, and the staff was excellent. They have a small exercise room that's adequate, and they're very proud of their new patio area outside, but the pool is very small. It's a beautiful place, but there's a few things lacking. There's no driveway entrance, and there's not much room in their buses to load people in and out. The parking will be a problem in the future, and her room doesn't really have a view, It overlooks the parking lot.

Broadway Proper seemed like a very nice place, and staff was very friendly. It seemed like a great place, but it didn't fit our needs. I saw some people playing video games.

I visited this facility
Broadway Proper was fine. The only problem with it was they do not have skilled nursing on-site. We knew my father was going to be in skilled nursing for a while and it's much easier to transition from skilled nursing into assisted living in the same facility rather than move yet again. It was a very nice place. The person that assisted me was very knowledgeable. The dining area looked fine and so did their menu. Everything looked fine. They had a reading area, an exercise area, and a large common area with a TV.

I visited this facility
Broadway Proper was fine. The staff member who assisted me was very good. She explained everything that she could. I had lunch with her and everything was fine. Broadway Proper seemed good, but the people were older than me. I'm only 72 years old, so I don't quite fit in yet.

I visited this facility
I thought Broadway Proper was too large for my mother-in-law to get around in. The staff members were busy, so our tour was a little haphazard. We just dropped in so we had someone who wasn't tired to do the tour and to give us a look. However, it didn't fit what we were looking for. The building was lovely. They had a beautiful garden, but we weren't unable to go out there. We looked through the window because the person who was taking us wasn't authorized to take visitors out into the garden. The dining area and the common areas were lovely for visitors but not too user friendly for their residents.
