Damaris Assisted Living is located in the city of Surprise, Arizona. Just 20 miles from Phoenix, Surprise is one of the fastest-growing cities in the state, and seniors can find a variety of options for shopping, dining, entertainment and medical services.

Damaris Assisted Living offers private rooms that include a master bathroom and a spacious closet for residents who need support with the activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing and grooming. An around-the-clock staff provides assistance with medication management, and a registered nurse is on-site to administer injections when needed. The staff takes care of housekeeping and laundry, and hospital beds are available for residents with mobility issues.

A variety of community activities help residents stay physically active and mentally engaged. Residents at Damaris Assisted Living can enjoy outdoor leisure hours on a spacious property. Three meals are served each day, with accommodations made for special dietary restrictions, and transportation for medical appointments is available.
