I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident
My husband has been in this care home for 20 months. He has lewy body dementia. I am so confident he is given the most personal/professional care he could get. Care I could not give him at home. Elena, the care home owner, has the expertise no family would have in caring for those with dementia. She cares as much for the family as she does those in her care. Elena works very close with the doctor in her care giving. She will communicate with you as much as you want but not worry you with minor issues. The food is nutritious/healthy. Not what you would consider chef prepared however you always smell something healthy cooking. Most with dementia loose their sense of taste so healthy is the goal. I feel very comfortable going out of town for weeks at a time knowing my husband is in the best hands he could be.
