Siena Hills was a very good and nice facility with nice decor and ambiance. They had their own assisted living and a separate building for memory care. The rooms were very good. It was nicely done and nicely decorated. They had very good taste. The chairs and carpets were very nice. You could live there and not feel like you're living in a shabby place.
My favorite place was Siena Hills. Everybody there was kind, nice, and helpful. They kept calling me back. Robert called me every day just to see how my situation was going with my stepdad and checking in on what he was doing and where he was. The facilities were very nice and offered a lot of activities. They would provide transportation to his doctors' appointments and serve all three meals. The staff was extremely attentive, very warm, and very kind. I gave it five stars because of the people who worked there.
We visited about four communities in the Henderson NV area before we decided on this location. It was a hard decision, which became easier and easier with our experiences over time. The staff is wonderful. Their caring and friendliness is genuine. The staff presence is noticeable, which I really appreciate. The residents are independent but guidance and encouragement is available.
My Mother was very decisive in what she wanted in her new home and April Fillingim was right there to make sure it happened. I also appreciate Rosa Jenkins and her medical supervision.
I have trusted this community to care for my Mother and that is a very important task. I have not been disappointed. I am thankful that I found this location and the people who work there.
