My mother needed more help than could be provided at home. This was the nicest place we could find. I had flew in from out of state and stayed with mom for a week in her cottage. The staff went out of their way to make is all feel welcome. All the staff were eager to learn my mom's tendencies and how much care she needed. The head nurse contacted my mom's doctor to address her pain medication to make Sure she was pain free. I ate meals with my mom for a week there and I was impressed how good the food tasted. They also let us decorate her cottage the way she wanted and that made her feel more like her home. Everybody was so nice and helpful.
My Mom has Dementia and needed immediate short term care due to a bad reaction to her UTI medication. The staff worked on a Saturday to help us through the initial call to admission. Mom stayed for a week and although she was confused and unhappy to be away from her home, the staff did a great job of making sure that she was comfortable, entertained and well cared for. The facility is wonderful. Mom's room was a nice studio apartment in a building that held 8 apartments. As my sister said, "this is a place Mom could go to and live." Big thanks to the caregivers and staff who helped us through a very traumatic episode in our Mom's difficult journey through dementia.
My grandmother has been in this facility for about 1 year now and I have been pleasantly surprised by Regency Woodland! The staff is always friendly and attentive to my grandmother and our families needs. Their communication with our family about many topics is always prompt, clear, and professional. They do a great job on keeping up on the cleanliness of the facility, especially considering the age of the facility. I would highly recommend this facility to others!

General care and assisted living needs are good. Needs ore caregivers with better training. Some of the caregivers spend too much time (holding up the wall)They are not paying attention to the needs of the residents.( especially the evening shift caregivers)
This assisted living is very nice and cheerful and the staff is friendly and helpful and I was greeted immediately upon walking in the front door. My Mom is well cared for, clean and eats well. Response time when called is outstanding. All staff goes out of their way to make residents happy and they really listen.
Such a nice warm feeling when you enter. Staff are there to take care of your every need. A very new building with lots of amenities. The building and grounds are well kept. Nursing staff is kind, professional and caring with a high level of care.
Caring staff, upbeat atmosphere, nice facility. My grandmother was here last year before she had to be moved to hospice. She loved the place as did the family. We knew she was in good hands there at all times and kept us up to date if there was ever any concerns.
